Fresh ingredients used in producing delicious Hello Gourmet meals are sourced from local farmers. This helps us minimise our “food miles” as well as make our meals taste great. Our meals are all produced in our purpose built facility, using qualified chefs, which operates under a custom-food safety plan monitored and audited by the Ministry of Primary Industries.

The Hello Gourmet and Hello Keto range were developed by Michelin Star Chef Stephan Kriegelstein in collaboration with Partner and Chef Kristina

Stephan Kriegelstein has spent the past 15 years cooking for some of the best award winning restaurants in Europe, sharing kitchens with Michelin starred chefs and developing a unique culinary style which led him to being awarded a Michelin Star of his own.

While in Switzerland he met Kristina, who was about to finish culinary school. They set off to work together at some of the best restaurants in Switzerland and Austria and now they are here in New Zealand, bringing their expertise to the Hello Gourmet team.
